Same-day shipping from the Florida coast
Every Penny Faye order ships from Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT on a business day ship that same day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Free shipping over $75
Orders of $75 or more ship free. Since most matching sets clear that on their own, you will usually see it applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery estimates
Once your order leaves us, delivery time depends on the method you chose at checkout. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control, though we will always help you track down a package that has gone quiet.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of that email, check your spam folder — and if it is not there, contact us and we will resend it.
Wrong address?
Contact us as quickly as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update it. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, we cannot reroute it.
