We respond to messages Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding US public holidays.

Messages received over a weekend or holiday are answered the next business day.

What to include

To help us sort things out quickly:

  • Order questions — your order number and the email address you ordered with
  • Returns — your order number and which pieces you're sending back
  • Damaged or incorrect items — your order number and a photo
  • Sizing help — which piece you're asking about, and a rough wrist measurement if you have one

Product safety questions

If you have a question or concern about the safety of a piece — a sharp edge, a crack, or a bangle that has bent out of shape — please stop using it and contact us at shop@pennyfaye.com straight away. We'll take care of it.
